Exam Update
By Mark McAfee, Exam Committee Chair

The Architectural Engineering Professional Engineering Examination Development Subcommittee has recently received several questions concerning the available reference material and study material for preparation in taking the Architectural Engineering P.E. Exam. We have also received several questions concerning whom the prospective candidate should contact regarding taking the exam and whether the A.E. Exam is appropriate for them to take based on their background and experience. I would like to offer the following comments concerning these topics.

A 'Hello' Message From Your New AEI National Student President

Happy New AE Year!

I just wanted to take a sec to send an informal 'hello' and let you in on what is happening with our national AE student organization--the Architectural Engineering Institute, and the upcoming new and improved student AEI 2005 model! This year is a new opportunity to rock the world of architectural engineering. My name is Tracey Nawrocki. I was elected the new AEI student president in December by the AE schools who attended that teleconference. I'm a senior AE student at Penn State...and a notoriously hardcore HVAC dork.
